These little pans are sturdy and the perfect size for 2 servings of fish or a couple servings of vegetables. Make no mistake — these are NOT non-stick but I knew that going in.I sprayed the pans before grilling and tossed the veggies in olive oil. Perfect, no sticking, nice charring. the rectangular pan instantly warped on the grill but straightened itself out upon cooling. Cleaning didn’t try them in the dishwasher but they would easily fit in there if I chose to. Not easy to clean with the little scrubbing pad included in the set. Brillo might work better. The whole set sort of “nests” and since they are small, storing them is easy.

I bought this set as an alternative to a very fine but much larger basket I use for grilling veggies. These smaller sizes will allow more room on the grill for other items,usually meat or perhaps large veggies.The round basket is 2″ tall and 9″ diameter not counting the handles. The square basket is 2.5″ tall and 8.5″ on side not including the handles. I don’t have a use for the shallow rectangular pan, but maybe you will. I checked with the manufacturer and they’re sold only as a kit, so you’ll get all 3 pieces regardless of where you buy it.
